Rebuilding Your Life - Divorce/Relationship Program ™ Divorce and/or the breakup of a relationship is a traumatic life event. It comes with intense negative emotions, loneliness, isolation and shame. There are thoughts and feelings of having no one to turn to and fear of social and financial ruin. You don’t have to go through it alone! Our Eight Session Program Our program deals with the "HOW TO" turn devastation and shock into growth and a new beginning. You will learns to: Support and resolve intense negative feelings and SURVIVE! Make meaning of what has happened and experience mourning and loss in a productive way. Use your new awareness to work-through what has happend to you to reconsolidate your new life. Our Services Integrate what you have learned into a new sense of power and control over your life, enabling you to move beyond the past.
